Mirena IUD

I've had the Mirena since April. I've had zero issues with it, never spotted, no period, nothing. I've loved it. The past week-week and a half my boobs hurt for 2 days and then I've been spotting for a week. This app says it could be ovulation and my guess is my body is trying to let me have a period or something close to it. I'm not in pain, and my doctor JUST checked it 2-3 weeks before and said it looked great and I wouldn't have any issues. I know some women experience spotting occasionally with this so I'm just seeing if after a few months of nothing that this has happened to some. Thank you!
