BBT what does it mean?!

So I did my bbt this morning for the first time and it was 97.6 is that low? Idk what it's supposed to do? Should it raise from there if I'm ovulating? Or lower if I'm not? Help?!

You have to track everyday and you really can't distinguish a pattern u til you have charted for a few months

That's an average everyday temp, it should drop right before and then spike the days of ovulation
