Pregnant or Hormones??

Question

I was supposed to have a visit from AF on saturday. I took a test a test the thursday before and it was negative.... I'm going to take another test tomorrow to be sure. I also came off my mirena the end of june. Could it be pregnancy or the hormones from my mirena?

I'm in a similar situation...AF was due for me on Saturday too and still hasn't come. I took a test on the Monday after and got a BFN. I called my doctor yesterday to ask and she said that because I came off the pill in June most likely my hormones are still working to regulate themselves and I am most likely not pregnant. She said to keep testing every week or until AF shows up but to not stress about it until my period is closer to 6 weeks late. If I'm still getting a BFN and no period 6 weeks from now (3 months after stopping the pill) she wants me to come in for a check up. Hopefully that helps you, it's awful to just be sitting here waiting!
