Chance of getting pregnant on birth control ?

I've been on the patch for months now, due to a lot of ovary issues, my boyfriend and were close to having sex the other day, he said he didn't get to put it in because I was too tight but I thought he did, we didn't use a condom because he didn't have one, even though I use my patch the way I'm suppose to I'm paranoid! I have sore breast, this was 9 days ago. My period is due Tuesday should I be worried ? He didn't cum and he said he didn't even go in . Idk if it's just pms? Any input or advice would rock ! Anyone please ?
