Any heartburn meds ok while pregnant?

I am 23w and I've been getting heartburn almost every other day. Do you ladies know of any heartburn medicine ok to take while pregnant?

Zantac 75, tums...but I'd call and ask your OB what they recommend. Also apple cider vinegar works too.

Zantac 150 is safe! My doctor said I can take it twice per day every day. I'm 17 weeks and my heart burn is awful. It takes a while to kick in but it definitely works :)

My Dr actually told me today that I should be taking one Zantac in the morning because I always get heartburn around now (6pmish) so she said it would be better to prevent than treat, and if I need it to just take another dose at night since I've had it constantly for the last 12 weeks.

My ob just told me to stop the Pepcid because it wasn't working and take Zantac twice a day.

Zantac definitely it helps so much. I take one in the morning and one and night
