Rejecting sex

Maybe you guys/girls can help make sense of this. When a women says no to sex for an X amount of days or weeks and the guy complains about it others see it as or comment oh well she's not in the mood or oh well suck it up etc. yet if/when a women posts about a man saying no to sex for X amounts of days/weeks there's almost always someone commenting/suggesting he's cheating. Not sure how switching the roles changes the answers so much
