Questions please answer

Hi! Me and my husband got married 3 weeks and and I was on my period. This past week was my fertile window and we had sex the everyday for 2 weeks. We haven't been trying nor proventing what so ever for the past 2 years. Today I felt pressure in my right ovary. When I tightened my stomach(to cough or laugh) it got more intense. Anyone know what could be the cause of this. Please please respond. Please pray that I could have a little one swimming around somewhere in me. Good luck to everyone!!!
