Nervous!

We had our first ultrasound today, about 5 1/2 weeks. I am so nervous about losing our bundle of joy, I don't know if the ultrasound was normal. it was at the hospital so they didn't tell me much they sent me home saying I was very much so having a baby. but we could only see the sac, no baby. U/S tech said she could see where the cells were and all that but it's to early for heart beat? I didn't get to see much.  is this normal.😖😖
