Cerclage on Wednesday

I had an emergency cerclage placed with my last pregnancy at 21 weeks so I know what to expect. I will be 14w2d on Wednesday when they are placing the tvc. I'm terrified. Going through it last time was a nightmare. My anxiety was so bad and my blood pressure dropped dangerously low. I can't get out of my head about it. I'm so scared. I know it's for the best so I keep trying to focus on the fact that we are doing everything we can to keep this baby in but I'm still nervous.
