Baby measuring bigger??

I had an ultrasound on Wednesday and the tech lady said shes measuring a week ahead. So her due date may change. Have any of you experienced this? Measuring bigger does it really matter?

I'm 39 weeks measuring 40 weeks but they didn't change her due date

No most of the time they don't because the due date is just a guess it could be off by a week or two.

I'm measuring 3 1/2 weeks ahead and they won't be changing my due date. Baby is just measuring big it happens.

They don't usually change the due date. It's not abnormal to measure a little ahead or behind
