Have any of you ladies been going to the chiro? I went this morning to get adjusted since I heard it's great to help you prepare for labor and it was so amazing! I highly recommend it if your insurance covers it. My insurance covers 20 sessions so I'm going for the next 4 weeks till I deliver.

(I should also mention, I've been totally preoccupied with other things throughout my pregnancy with nesting and etc so today was my first visit in 9 months but I'm sure glad I did it!)
