How do you know when you have PCOS? Does your doctor do u a vaginal ultrasound? Or by blood?

They do both an ultrasound and bloodwork

Not a dumb question! They usually do both. Make sure you get the transvaginal ultrasound because I have had techs that only do the regular one and you can't tell anything. They may also run a diabetes test, depending on the doctor. I've had it all done.
