AF 8/18 trying to be patient and keep a positive mind..

We have been trying to conceive baby #1 for 2 cycles and hopefully this is the month! I have been getting really strange symptoms such as lower back ache, cramps, headaches, really sore right nipple,left is fine which I found a little odd, nausea and i have become very tired over the last week an a half.. If anyone else has experienced symptoms like this please let me know and give me some advise.. I have been researching the internet for early pregnancy symptoms and things and a few that I have had come up but I'm not sure.. Many thanks xx
