Exercise during IUi?

Question

Next week we will be doing our 4th round of IUI.  I'm curious how other people who have had IUI adjusted their lifestyle if at all after the procedure.  The first 2 rounds I took 2 weeks off of working out and felt miserable, the 3rd round I only took a day off and felt much better during the 2 weeks but it ended in a miscarriage.  Any success stories of IUI and maintaining lifestyle choices is appreciated.  Thanks!

I just had my first iui today and my RE just said nothing high intensity like kick boxing or running for next 24 hours then I could do whatever I wanted unless I had cramps or didn't feel good then stop. He said low intensity exercise today is beneficial so I plan on going for a walk and maybe doing some yoga. I feel fatter overall the after all these fertility meds for past few months and gained five pounds I can't seem to lose with all the hormones.

I've been terrified to do any cardio after the IUI's, just been doing weights, yoga, and other low intensity exercise.  It sucks because it feels so disappointing when Aunt Flow arrives and then I'm fatter because I didn't work out.

There is probably no harm in exercising, but I am a worry wart!
