Sleepless nights

I was wondering if any mommies have taken Benadryl to sleep while pregnant? I'm 21 weeks & for about 3 weeks now it has been so difficult for me to sleep & I'm exhausted. I'm on here right now because I can't sleep lol I don't stay asleep at night so I sleep most of the day which makes me feel lazy. If you did take Benadryl was it a baby dose or regular recommended dose?
