Severe headaches :(

Hi First time mum here and I'm Just wondering is it normal to get at least 1-2 headaches a day during pregnancy? I'm 13 weeks and every day I experience headaches like never before. I know it can be caused because of hormones but I'm just wondering is it anything to be worried or concerned about or is there any way I can help ease them or prevent them?
