I need help ladies!!!

I started Ovaboost a month ago. I have had two miscarriages since Febuary, so I'm open to trying anything. It keeps my face clear. But i can tell my progesterone levels are up cause my boobs ache. I'm ovulation as we speak. Here is where I need your opinion. I ran out of ovaboost Tuesday and won't get more in till Monday. Last night I started bleeding. It's not super heavy but it isn't light. I think it may be because of me running out of ovaboost. I'm not due for my next period until the end of the month. I need your guys opinion!
