When to pump...

When would be a good time to start pumping? I've been ebf for almost a month now. I want to start introducing a bottle so I can give myself a break. I'll only use a bottle a couple times a day.

At 4 weeks. Let someone else feed him the bottle, so that he does not get confused by smelling you.
