I don't personally exercise a whole lot. But when i do see othet woman that are out for a run, im quietly cheering them on. You go girl! I don't care if they are big or small. At least they are doing something.

I'm overweight and have RA so I can't jog for long so in my mind I feel like they are laughing at the fat girl that can't jog for 2 min.

Not shy or embarrassed, but i would never be able to do it because we live in an unsafe city.

For me if people who are jogging around me I am not as embarrassed. I use to live in Los Angeles and you always seem to see people jogging or taking a stroll. I now live in Tennesse and the part I live in I don't even have a side walk so it's embarrassing. I don't have time to go to the park... its not like LA where I could walk or the park was right there. Its a drive over here. I just use my elliptical at home.
