Stress!
I've never been so stressed physically, mentally, and emotionally in my life and I am terrified I'm going to either lose the baby or cause premature birth or mental issues in it down the road.
I freak out over nothing and am full of adrenaline every other day. This started once I got pregnant, and my life and environment is very peaceful; so it's just me and due to the pregnancy itself so it's a total catch-22! I meditate, stay healthy, keep my body happy and practice mindfulness like a pro. Yet its seemingly inevitable.
I'm just scared for the baby's health or worse.
Thoughts? Experiences?
