HCG level questions

I had a molar pregnancy 8/2013, so had a single hcg level drawn on 8/14, at 19 dpo. It was 382. I know a single value doesn't matter, but my hcg at 7 weeks with my molar was close to 1 million. The nurse said this is normal, but now I'm paranoid it's too low!  I had a positive home test ( lower limits of detection were 20) at 11 dpo. Any thoughts??? Again, I know I need to track the increase, but I don't have it yet :( so nervous about this one!!!
