Mother is upset

So firstly I told her I don't want anymore but me and my husband in the delivery room and she had no problem with that but when I told her that I want to do skin to skin immediately in a dark room with just me and my hubby and wait for baby to nurse then we will bring family in to meet him she got upset. I tried to explain we want him bonded as much to us as possible we also dong want him to come out from the quite of the womb to a bright loud delivery room and we want a quite family moment after he is born. She asked how long and I said probably about an hour or so I can't tell you an exact time and she got upset saying she wants to see her grandson as soon as possible. I told her maybe we would send a picture and she said that no she would rather wait to see him in person. And I being completely unreasonable?
