Periods or vaginal bleeding???

I was 10 days late for my periods. And took home pregnancy test 3 times. It was positive but very faint line in all three testers. Now I started medium bleeding but there no clots in it. Can someone tell me please what it is? Im I pregnant? Or it was false pregnancy?? Or my periods come? Im so stressed. Because we are ttc frm last 4 months. That time I was so confident because my periods are regular. Plz suggest.
