Accidental Break up

My BF and I are long distance. We were fighting that he wasn't responding as well as in the beginning. Every time I argued with him he would say are you trying to break us up? Finally one day I just said "let's just break up" I thought that he would disagree and say sorry. But instead he got so upset, he deleted me off fb and everyday he would text me asking if I blocked him from my phone. But I told him no and it was a mistake. It's been a week and he finally texted me saying ...I burnt him and he needs some space to think about what he wants, and that breaking up was the worse thing that I could've done.
