Could a paracetamol overdose effect my periods and make them stopping or come late?

So the last time I got my period was the 18th and it seemed pretty normal. The same day I overdosed on paracetamol and was rushed to hospital. Gave the antidote and made better but my periods were being funny. they clotted worse then normal and repeatedly stopped and restarted until they disappeared. I'm now three days overdue for my period and there is no sign it's coming.I have cramps but no blood..Can an overdose do this? Can it also stop them forever? Advice would be needed as I'm scared.
