what could of happened?

a couple months back in may my period was delayed 2 months. i took 4 pregnancy tests in one day. (not ttc) two were negative and two were positive. i also took two more at each doctors visit i went to. both negative. so she prescribed me to bc to get my period back on track. why did it say i was pregnant then? not to sound crazy but i feel like im gonna end up on that show "i didn't know i was pregnant" 😂
