Early Miscarriage

Can an early miscarriage be like a little clot but more gooey? I have PCOS and have had clots before during my period but not like this. I also just had my period two weeks ago should not be bleeding now. My SO and I had sex a couple weeks prior to this with no protection. Maybe I worry too much just curious if anyone can help me learn a little more about this stuff. Thanks.
