Does anyone have an occasional glass of wine or cocktail while breastfeeding? This topic seems to have different opinions. I'm
planning on breastfeeding this one due December (my last was formula fed 12 years ago), and I would just like to know thoughts on this matter. I doubt I will want a drink the first 3-4 months, however I may not want to forgo an occasional glass of wine or drink the whole first year. By the way, I really do not plan to have a drink this whole pregnancy...hence why I would like some feedback on this while breastfeeding. Thanks!
