IUD birth control - Skyla

Hi everyone, I was just wondering if anyone has experience with Skyla? Apparently it is a new IUD made for women who have not had a child, so it is smaller and thinner. It also lasts for 3 years instead of 5 or 10. I have to switch from the pill because I get migraines with aura and that puts me at a higher stroke risk and I am only 21. I need to make the switch but I am wondering how many people have experienced it! Thank you!
