Measuring 4.5 weeks big

I currently am 34w 3d. Went in last month for a check up & was measuring 2 weeks larger, last week I went in, gained 3lbs & measured @ 38w. Now today we get an ultrasound today & appointment next week, to see if they will take her early Just nervous I suppose. We have very thing ready for baby girl to get here & her big sister is beyond ready for her, guess it's just mommy freaking out going from a family of 3 to 4 with 2 dogs. Encouragement maybe??
