Dealing with death of a grandparent as an adult.

Hey everybody, sorry it's not a fun topic. I'm 21 and I'm recently dealing with the death of my grandma. I had another grandparent pass but I was still in elementary school. I was wondering if anyone had tips on grieving as an adult. I basically cry a lot and don't know what to do. We knew it was coming and have come to terms with it, but I am open to any advice.
