Trying to conceive!

My husband and ok haven't been trying to get pregnant but, haven't been preventing it either. Just before thanksgiving we found out we were pregnant. In January I had to take a pill to abort the baby due to no heartbeat. I should have been 9.5-10 weeks but the baby was out measuring 8 weeks. In March we found out we were pregnant again only to have to get two shots to kill the baby because it was in my ovary. He has a 5 yr old son and I have a 2 year old which he adopted and made his own. We are now trying to have a baby together but aren't having much luck. Trying something new to conceive. Any tips are welcome!!
