Will I be safe with size newborn for coming home outfit??

I have about 6 NB sets and a bunch of 0-3 months... I just have this many of NB because some of them were gifts, they don't need a lot because it will be lost very quickly.. As you mentioned I'm not even sure my baby will use them, he is so big!!

Just do what I am doing I am packing a NB outfit and a 0-3 set just in case she doesn't fit into the NB. I did it with my daughter years ago as well. It's a good thing I did she was too big for her NB outfit.

I would say you'd be fine with newborn! My first 2 babes were each over 8lbs and wore NB for the first few weeks. Maybe pack an extra 0-3 months outfit....just in case 😊

Omg the cupcakes! My fave for little girls, but yes, newborn is gpod even if you baby is bigger bc its snug and fits better. My dd was 9.3 and wore nb fpr MONTHS, shes almost 2 and still fits 12 mos lol

My friend had her baby a month ago and she was 6.6 pounds. She still is too small for nb size clothes.. my friend and i are very similar in size and both have stayed small durinf our pregnancies. Plus my baby's dad is small and so am i. I am 5'6, 100lbs pregnancy, and 19 years old. His dad is 5'5, 150lbs, and is 22 years old. We were both 6lb babies and born 3 weeks early and had jaundice. So the doctor thinks our baby will be small. I have packed him 3 nb size outfits and we plan on getting a preemie size one in case he is really small. I wore preemie size clothes for a long time after i was born at 6.11lbs.
