Made huge ground tonight!
Today was the first day since our little guy was born 10 days ago that we didn't have to supplement with ANY formula at all!!! My supply is slowly increasing, my little guy drinks 2 ounces every 2-3 hours and I've been just BARELY able to keep up with him but I AM keeping up with him for once!!
I don't know what has increased my supply cause I'm doing everything haha but am not complaining and not changing anything yet!!
I'm doing an hour long power pump session at night, a mini power pump session in the morning, taking fenugreek, pumping every 2 hours, or maybe I just naturally began to increase more with the demand of the constant pumping.
I went to bed last night with 3 ounces pumped from my power pump session, tonight 4 ounces!!
