Teen trolling America

Did anyone hear about the 15 year old from Iowa who is now a presidential candidate. He's going by the name 'deez nuts' (I'm not trolling, I googled it and everything). The best part is, 9 percent of people in Iowa voted for him. It's a pretty funny joke, I wonder how he was even able to register as you'd have to be I think it was 25 to become president. You think they might arrest him for fraud?
