Feet swelling. Bedtime positions??
How do you sleep with your feet elevated?? I can't sleep on my back so it's really awkward to attempt elevating my feet while lying on my side. I'm 37 weeks today and my feet swelled up for the first time tonight. Yikes. any tips?
