Prenatals after methotrexate?

I just went through a 34 day miscarriage. My pregnancy was determined to be an ectopic pregnancy. My body was fighting itself to miscarry and to keep the pregnancy. I was prescribed a 48 hour prescription of methergine. This did not reduce my hcg enough. Two weeks later I received injections of methotrexate. The paperwork stated I should discontinue my prenatal vitamins. My hcg finally returned to 0. Today I got my period right on schedule. Should I start taking the prenatals again now that some time has passed and I have returned to my normal cycle?
