I need some OPK technical assistance, please!

Courtney • Fri, Aug 21 • 37 years old, married with stepkids. BFP with 🌈 after first IUI and due October 2017!

I had a negative test: two lines but the test line was much lighter than the control. I've never done an opk and entered it in the glow app. It just has a choice between LH surge with two lines and No LH surge with one line. I have a 27-28 day cycle and I'm on CD 11 or so but I didn't start testing the day after my period. My FW just started today. So, QUESTION: What do you count this result as for Glow?
