Yeast infection...or what???

So I always wear pads on my period. I've never worn tampons. I never have a problem with wearing pads. But this time it's like they're rubbing me raw. I have no pain when I pee so I don't think it's a uti. I'm itchy and when I walk it rubs me the wrong way. Anybody else had this problem? Do I get some monistat or just try desitin  (the diaper rash cream) lol
