Pregnant with rainbow baby... Did you do additional testing?

The doctor gave me a list of tests we could do on the baby and me... Not sure if I want to. What did you do? 5w today

I was lucky, dr just provided
Me with extra ultrasounds to ease my anxiety.  I had no extra
Testing done after 2 early MCs.  I asked what was necessary and just did that.

With our loss, the issue wasn't genetic, just some random bad luck lottery. However, because of what happened, my insurance covered all kinds of tests and ultrasounds! It is a big responsibility, both time and financial, some things that could go wrong. I would love any child, but we know what we can handle as a family and we needed to know all we could. I  felt better with the extra testing and ultrasounds, it helped me be happy instead of just scared the whole time.
