This is my first month monitoring my bbt. As you can see, I'm only in a few days and had missed one. This is a huge rise, but my opk says neg. Can someone explain to me what degree spike % it has to be to indicate ovulation?

Your bbt usually rises .5 to 1.0 degrees after ovulation. This spike could be caused from taking your temp later than usual, because you got up/were active before you took it, or just a fluke. Test again tomorrow and see if it stays up.

It's not a spike, it'll be when your temp drops lower than the previous 6 days && then the next 3 are above that low point
