Dizzy for 2 days now

Can you have an ear infection without knowing it? I have been extremely dizzy for the last two days, when I sit up or lie down my surroundings spin. Almost to the point of me getting nauseous. It also happens sometimes when I turn my head too fast. When it happens while standing I almost fall over. It is so weird. I have looked it up Google and everything leads to inner ear infection but my ears feel fine. Just wondering if any of you might have some knowledge as to what is going on. ..
