Bbt questions!!
Ok so I bought a basal thermometer today... I am planning to start tomorrow morning. I had a few questions... I'm already on day 11 of my cycle... I *think* I've been ovulating about day 14... Will I be able to see it this month or am I too late?
Also... What exactly am I looking for? Will this help me know before I ovulate or just after?
Also... I read my thermometers instructions and it said to put it at the base of my tongue to the inside of my teeth... Any other tips for accurate readings? I just take my temp FIRST THING when I wake up, right?
