I'm not extremely religious, but I have this fear of death, Its a fear that one day the love of my life will pass or our beautiful son will. I realize that death is apart of life, but the unknown that my family or my own life can just end at any moment terrifies me.

Just the thought of losing the ones I love so deeply makes me cringe. I wouldn't know what to do or how to continue on without them.

I try not to think about it and some days are better than others, but some how it still slips into my mind and it drives me crazy.

I just dont know how to help control this fear.
