from my experience, you should be. I am also on nexplanon and am in a monogamous relationship so we rarely use condoms and I have never had any issues with it. Implants are one of the most effective forms of birth control :)

Completely safe! I was on the implanon, an earlier version of nexplanon, for 3 years and the entire time I had it I had unprotected sex all the time and I didn't get pregnant
