Simplex one cold sores and oral
My BF loves to go down.. I have an active cold sore on my lip.... Not downstairs ( I have only had that once when it was contracted by someone going down who had a cold sore). Do I put him at risk if he goes down on me????? No infection there but I want to be sure.
