I eat them. To be on the safe side I boil them and then grill them.

I read that they have to be steaming hot but I'm not taking the chance. First time mom so I'm pretty picky about everything still lol

I found some at the grocery store that have no added nitrates just naturally occurring ones so I eat those not all the time but when we bbq and stuff. I believe they are Oscar Meyer brand.
