DH and his son's mother "BM" are currently going through a court battle. She had recently left his son and get daughter in her home by their selves!! Her daughter is 3 and son is 1, I received a phone call about the situation and DH is a police officer in which he actually arrived to home not knowing it was his very own son that was abandon! DYFS came, with us not being able to see him since he's been born has caused a lot of drama. We are having DYFS come and take a look at our home and see if it's safe for him. We have a crib for him, clothes, high chair and many more what else should we have or have done before DYFS comes? we are praying to win full custody.
