I cried

I'm a guy, me and my gf broke up today because long distance was going to fail.  I was moving to San Diego and she was staying , we were gonna be three hours apart and both in college.  Both of us cried and we hugged and I'm hurting bad.   Does anyone have any tips for this, keep in mind I'm the guy
