endometriosis

hey everyone! just wondering how many ladies have endometriosis. I'm pretty positive that's what I have or pcos. I go to my obgyn next week. my husband and I have been ttc for a year and when we have sex it hurts also I'm always in pain in my pelvic area. even to move or cough it hurts. my periods are so irregular as well. I'm just looking to find someone see to talk to that may have the same problem or has this and what you do to help get pregnant and if you got surgery.
